How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-8 business days within the contiguous United States, depending on your location and carrier availability.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that certain items like food and personal care products are final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, MUJI USA only ships to addresses within the United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
