Returns & Exchanges

MUJI USA accepts returns of unwashed and unused merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that certain items, such as innerwear and final sale products, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log in to your MUJI account or use the guest portal to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or the printed RMA form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our designated distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
